[APP] Photo Editor v5.0.A.0.12 + What's New v3.0.A.0.2 (13/5) topic

This is the new photo editor app that just got updated via What's New.
So far for photo editor app, I had noticed
1. A new app icon to match with new Album app icon.
2. A new UI
3. Ability to set portrait pictures as wallpaper
