[Q] "This is a development device not intended for production use" topic

Today I manually flashed 5.1.1 (the device have never been able to upgrade normally, "too low memory.. something") and all went good until I restarted. Now I get error msg "This is a development device not intended for production use", device is locked, I can't flash anything - "Permission denied".

It also seems as I have received a device not made for sale ?!!! I bought this via google store. Has this happened to anyone else ?
