[Q] Need help With Bell Galaxy S4, going back to 4.2.2 topic

Need a little help here as I am not sure if this will work. I have the Bell Mobiliy variant of the Galaxy S4 and my phone is currently on baseband: i337MVLUGOC4 and the build number is : LRX22C.I33OCUGOC3
I currently have the latest version of TWRP installed. I recently did an OTA update which was giving me considerable amounts of trouble so I decided to flash a rom from here.
I found the following;

I flashed a stock I337_OC3 rom from this thread:

I'd like to go backwards and flash a Canadian stock S4 firmware using Odin, titled the following:
Bell Galaxy S4 SGH-I337M VLUAMDJ (Android 4.2.2)

Can anyone tell me if this is safe to do?
