stock at&t lollipop keep making calls and saying call ended on bluetooth topic

first issue started while connected to vw bluetooth - kept showing call progress , needed to make an actual call in order to stop, now it does it on lg bluetooth as well. while playing music - it starts streaming it in very low quality, then it says call ended and everything goes back to normal. did factory reset - no luck. replaced 3 phones under warranty. same issue. don't notice any pattern. does it at random

   I'm not sure where you're getting your info, but great topic.
   I needs to spend some time learning much more or understanding more.
