After the recent OTA update for stock CM, my battery life is abysmal. Went from charging every other to charging my phone throughout the day to keep it going. To combat this I want to root my phone to either (1) install a new ROM or (2) install a new kernel. I haven't really been following the ROM scene for the OPO though. I was hoping people had some thoughts on which kernel provides excellent battery life? I was thinking of going with franco or uber. Thoughts?
In regards to ROMs I was thinking of PA5, MIUI6, or SlimLP. Any better suggestions here? Really just interested in something professional and flash it and go sort of ROM.
