Hello friends. I'm looking for the HTC One Mini M4 RUU file.

Where can I find the ''RUU.exe'' file? I'm looking for a long time, but I didn't find it. Anybody can you give me the link?

My phone was taken from Turkey. I have some information of my phone for correct RUU.exe file.
