I'm trying to get Tue lollipop update on my Verizon M7, I'm using Wal-Mart Family Mobile on it, T-Mobile owns it. I go into Cdma mode like it tells me to but when I click check update it looks but it always says We were unable to download this update. I have a picture of it also.
