Some of you might know, that a software update for lollipop/lollipop preparation came out today. Anyhow, I tried to install the update and I got the familiar "software not recognized by Verizon, please take to nearest store." I, fortunately, know how to get out of it (hold home + power down + power - pres down to restart). My phone was rooted, no custom Roms (never figured out how to unlock Verizon's boot loader), just some apps like battery saver and ROM manager. I uninstalled root apps and unrooted, but still can't install the update. I assume I might need to restore my phone, or reset something. Any help would be appreciated.
As you can see it failed twice.
